Tranche plan

Tranche 0 pre-finances the work. Every later tranche unlocks only when the NGO’s account of the one before is approved. Each one is paid straight to the need’s payment plan.

Partial execution allowed: if at least 50% of the target is raised by the funding deadline, the need goes ahead with every tranche scaled down to what was raised. Below that, donors are refunded.

Who the vault pays

This need’s money goes straight from its vault to the suppliers below, in the shares fixed on chain when the need was created and verified with it. The NGO receives only the share it disclosed.

Settlements

After a tranche is paid out, a Settlement attestation reconciles it: the amount, the fees intermediaries kept and a hashed supplier reference.
