How the money moves

  1. A need is verified

    An NGO — or someone it has certified — registers a need with a tranche plan. Independent verifiers attest it on EAS; only then is a vault deployed.

  2. Donors fund the vault

    Stablecoin goes into a vault owned by nobody. Each donation mints a soulbound receipt you can trace.

  3. The first tranche pre-finances

    When funding closes, tranche 0 is released so the NGO can buy goods before delivering them.

  4. The NGO shows how the money was spent

    After each tranche is paid, the NGO files photos of the work, supplier receipts and bank statements. Each file is committed on chain by its hash, so it cannot be swapped later.

  5. Donors approve before the next tranche

    The next tranche only unlocks once donors who gave at least 30% of the money approve that evidence. The last release completes the need; if donors never approve, they get back what was not spent.

What never reaches the chain

Nobody who receives aid is named, numbered or located. A person appears only if they choose to post a need themselves, and then only as the wallet their NGO certified. Evidence photos are stripped of their location data, and receipts and statements must be redacted of names and account numbers before they are filed.
