The NGO reviews the proof and rewards it with credit in your name. You choose where it goes: any need raising money, or a whole basket. Every proof stays public, rewarded or not.
One reward per wallet per need, and only for proof filed before the pot's deadline. No photos of people. The NGO decides what it rewards, but the money is already locked in the contract, so when it rewards you the credit is really there. Credit cannot be cashed out; if a need you gave it to fails, your share comes back as credit.
Rewards for proof are credit, not cash. Give it to any need raising money, or to a basket to split it equally between a cause's needs. The donation is made in the contract's name, so an NGO's reward never buys a vote on anyone's evidence.
